The Australian coastline is endless and offers the travelling surfer some of the best breaks and conditions - right here in your own backyard! Whether you are travelling yourself, on an adventure, or learning to surf, the possibilities are endless!

Northern NSW:
A continual lineup of headlands and river mouths provide for excellent surfing in a variety of conditions.

Best surf occurs from autumn through winter and into spring (March to October) with offshore winds and consistent southerly ground swells.

When tropical cyclonic conditions prevail, (Nov-Apr) long lines from the North Pacific provide excellent conditions.

Surfing conditions during the hot summer months (Dec-Jan) are smaller and best early morning before prevailing noreasters arrive. This is also school holiday time, so it can get busy in the lineup.

Southern Victoria:
Victoria's south coast boasts more than 500km of surfable coastline; from world famous beach breaks such as Bells Beach to more remote, lesser-known spots accessible by 4WD.
This section of coast is consistently pounded by powerful southern swells with the lines surging through the Southern Ocean until they hit these world class breaks.
Offshore winds and consistent southerly swells prevail from March to October. The summer months of November to February bring variable winds, with early morning and late afternoon glass offs.
Whether the wind is southerly or northerly there is always action along the coast!!
